I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email because I am a firm believer that feedback is a gift. It makes us aware of how what we do impacts those around us and allows us the opportunity to choose whether to start, stop, or continue various actions.
In the past couple of weeks, Elizabeth Loveton has been an absolute superstar. Here at our community there have been some unusual happenings – a 3 hour marathon board meeting, equipment “failures,” and leaks kept us on our toes. Throughout it all, Elizabeth remained calm, professional, and thoughtful in her communication. She was available, set clear expectations, and exhibited an appropriate sense of urgency.
Elizabeth doesn’t live at here, but she took care of us as if we were her favorite neighbors. She wasn’t deterred or flustered by contractors who recently decided not to work in Oakland or by my (probably too frequent) calls for updates and guidance. Instead, she answered every call and email with a cheerful demeanor while making sure the Board understood realistic timelines.
Ultimately, though, Elizabeth over-delivered. The leaks that sprung up around the Building were patched in less than 12 hours. The roof that wasn’t supposed to get fixed for two weeks was repaired in 4 days – and by a better roofer. The fan that has never been serviced was serviced within 48 hours. This was a testament to Elizabeth’s experience and the strength of her relationships.
I don’t know how we would have gotten through these past couple weeks without Elizabeth. She has really been our rock. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with her and wanted to make sure you know just how wonderful she has been to us.

Emmalou Williamson has very recently been assigned by the SilverCreek Co. to be our property management representative. As president of the Board. Of the Lavera HOA, I can’t say enough about her management and communication skills. Our HOA has gone through very difficult times in this past couple of years. Emmalou has already made a big impact in straightening our operations and guiding us in the right direction.

I am not a tenant at an HOA or rental property Silvercreek Association Management manages. I do have a professional relationship with the management team at Silvercreek and with several of Silvercreek’s property managers. I’m in the asphalt / concrete industry and the company I work for has performed work on several properties that Silvercreek manages.What I can say about Silvercreek from my experience is that their staff is professional, organized, and easy to work with. They are also good negotiators when it comes to finalizing and signing off on work orders. I imagine building owners would appreciate Silvercreek’s eye toward the bottom line and their desire to “reign in” project costs where they can when evaluating Silvercreek Association Management as a candidate to manage their properties.
